Sales Policy

Event Ticket Authority is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of procuring hard to find tickets for admission to sporting contests, concerts, theatre and other special events. Event Ticket Authority is not affiliated with, nor does it have any licenses or strategic alliances with, nor is Event Ticket Authority authorized by any box office, promoter, venue, theatre, stadium, professional sports team, college sports team or sporting association. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used by Event Ticket Authority are for descriptive purposes only. Event Ticket Authority is not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any organization.

Event Ticket Authority specializes in locating hard to find tickets and tickets to sold out events. Tickets purchased from Event Ticket Authority are sold at a premium to the face value. All orders are subject to availability. The website of Event Ticket Authority is not REAL TIME. If your tickets for your order are not available, a representative of Event Ticket Authority will contact you with alternative choices. You are not obligated to purchase any tickets that are offered to you as an alternative to your original order.

Online orders placed after 5:00 pm EST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day. Customers who have purchased tickets to be held for pickup at the offices of Event Ticket Authority must present the credit card used to complete the purchase at the time of pick up. Customers do have the option to pay with a check with proper ID or pay cash at time of pickup.

Event Ticket Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to upgrade tickets at no additional cost to the customer.

Ticket purchases will be sent to the credit card billing address. All billing addresses will be verified with your credit card company. Event Ticket Authority requires a signature on all deliveries. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits can be made after the order is placed.

Circumstances beyond the control of Event Ticket Authority such as, but limited to, an act of God or nature, acts of war or terrorism, riot, civil commotion, an act of State, strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or some other occurrence may effect an event by causing the event to be cancelled, delayed or rescheduled, or may make it difficult for you to attend an event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Event Ticket Authority and accordingly, no refund for unused tickets, or allowance for the loss of use or enjoyment caused by conditions beyond the control of Event Ticket Authority will be made by Event Ticket Authority. Event Ticket Authority shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of an event, an event facility or public transportation caused by circumstances beyond the control of Event Ticket Authority.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events: Should an event be cancelled and not rescheduled Event Ticket Authority will refund the full purchase price of the tickets less a 10% handling fee provided the original tickets and the original invoice are returned within 14 days of the date the cancellation of the event is announced. Shipping and handling charges (if any) will not be refunded. If an event is rescheduled from its original date, your tickets are valid for the rescheduled show. Event Ticket Authority will not accept order cancellations or provide refunds for rescheduled events. New tickets will not be reissued. If you cannot make the new date, we will accept the tickets back from you on a consignment basis only. If the tickets are not sold, they will be returned to you.

Tickets cannot and will not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Indiana.

I have read this agreement and accept the terms and conditions. I understand that this form replaces a credit card slip. I authorize use of my credit card for my purchase from Event Ticket Authority.
